Possibly, the Multiple Listing Service automatically places your home on the Internet. The Kerr Home Team goes a step further. Not only will your home be placed on LBAR.com and Realtor.com, it will also be placed on KerrHomeTeam.com, with the web site address placed on the yard sign and in all advertising, allowing the consumer to go directly to your property. The buyer doesn’t have to search through a large number of homes in order to find yours possibly becoming distracted or even interested in another property he or she may find while searching.
